|Top route||Srinagar to New Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl|
|Top airport||New Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl|
Cons: I got transferred problem, little time to go to the 44A number gate It's little bit problem otherwise nothing to write
Pros: Yes it's good
Cons: Crowd less flight got departure easily
Cons: sanitize all things
Cons: No comment
Cons: They sent my (and others’) baggage back to Chennai and I am leaving the country today . They held us on buses without opening the doors during corona virus crisis .
Pros: Excellent crew!
Cons: Boarding in a bus is a bummer
Pros: Amazing crew. Professional
Cons: Never fly spicejet
Pros: The crew was amazing but the seat was too close, very little leg room
Cons: Food was strictly Indian, not for an international chooice
Pros: The crew on board were very friendly.
Cons: Flight kept getting delayed for no apparent reason. Also, the life jackets were loose under the seats and kept sliding around during take off and landing. Should be a safety violation! I would no recommend SpiceJet.
Pros: We arrived
Cons: The boarding process was chaos The plane was old and dirty The crew was helpless There was no gate Will avoid spicejet. It’s my first time in India
Pros: Staff was great, seat to be desired
Cons: More leg room
Pros: Good team on the aircraft
Cons: Terrible at communicating of delays. We were left wondering what was going on for 3 hours.
Pros: Food was good. Service was good.
Cons: 1. Can you please have air fresheners? After a 2-hour flight the air felt very stale and the human smells were uncomfortable. 2. I always prefer a window seat for the view but my window glass pane was terribly deteriorated from the outside. Didn’t inspire much confidence in the aircraft. Not too significant a complaint but I’d have really appreciated if I could’ve had the view also.
Pros: The Spicejet staff is very uncooperative . They failed to keep their promise to help change the departure date because of death in the family. They said they will help me change the ticket although I was willing to pay the penalty. Kayak should investigate this ad try to help customers PNR LDGLGQ Ref letter for complaint to Spicejet customers care 04972182 Mahfuzur Rahman Tel 901 2384134
Cons: Avoid recommending these agencies for the above mentioned problems. And help reimburse my money Mahfuzur Rahman.
Pros: Crew was friendly.
Cons: I purchased seat 4D. Boarded and found that there was no 4D, 4e, 4f. After some chaos they found us alternatives but no Apologies, understanding or accommodation for the inconvenience.
Cons: No Entertainment very noisy plane ..didn’t give a blanket also
Pros: Crew seemed nice and helpful
Cons: Seats were slightly broken, flight should be on time
Cons: Cramped seating. No recline Ended up with sore leg after only 01:10 flight. Security at PNY ludicrous. They tie your luggage with plastic ties. Once at the hotel you need scissors or a knife to open it, and guess what, because of security, your sharp objects are inside the luggage! I understand that it creates jobs, but frankly I cannot see the added value of this procedure in terms of security... On the light side, there is a very formal notice listing people excluded from security procedures, including the President, [...] former prime ministers and their spouses (!), and .... the Dalai Lama!
Pros: The flight was on time
Cons: The boarding could have been swifter.
Pros: Nothing much - just value for money.
Cons: Seat in front of mine was broken - too leaned backwards to me. Though they notified to prepone the flight time by 15 minutes but in reality it was delayed by 20 minutes!
Pros: No use of booking spicemax .. you are treated just like another passenger. No priority on anything.
Pros: The flight was short.
Cons: The legroom was amusing at best. Had an exit row seat that wasn’t as wide as even a normal economy seat. It was a cheap and short flight, but I won’t choose to fly this airline ever again.
Pros: Flight on time
Pros: The crew was friendly and professional.
Cons: The check-in staff at the counter give the first impression, and my impression was that they were stressed. Perhaps they need more support. The cabin crew was very pleasant and professional. The aircraft was clean. We arrived in Delhi without complications. The luggage was quickly delivered. Will fly with them again.
Pros: Flight wasn't full and overall service was excellent.
Pros: Price and schedule
Cons: Ability to use international credit card to pay for extra services when checking in online
Pros: Crew service.
Cons: Seats cramped enough to cause cramps.
Pros: On time, smooth flight
Cons: Flight was delayed by 7 hrs
Considered to be one of the largest airlines in India, SpiceJet flies to over 50 different destinations both domestically and internationally. For those that are hoping to visit a country in Asia, Thailand and China are popular options. If you are planning on going to the Middle East, you can choose from places like Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
In order to offer a more diverse selection of flights, this airline has created a codeshare agreement with Emirates. Additionally, in 2018, the company decided to launch its own cargo division, which is called SpiceXpress. It also has a partnership with Tripfactory for its trip packages.
In addition to traditional Economy Class, customers of SpiceJet can book SpiceMax seats. When you have a SpiceMax ticket, you will be provided with certain perks, such as a seat with additional legroom, a free hot meal, priority baggage handling, priority boarding, and priority check-in.
SpiceJet has a large fleet that is composed of over 100 planes, many of which are either Boeing or Bombardier. When operating medium-range flights between two different countries, the plane that is often flown is the Boeing 737-800, due to its passenger capacity for over 180 individuals, as well as the fact that it has a large fuel tank and is spacious. For shorter domestic trips, the Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 is chosen instead, as it has a capacity for just 78 passengers and was created for the purpose of flying small distances. If you will be taking a long-haul flight, you will most likely be on a Boeing 737-900ER.
