Pros (+) The room was large, renovated and clean with nice amenities. Good location in Southfield area. Friendly lady at the counter, I believe named May. Very helpful. Easy access to interstates and once construction of frontage road is complete, property access will be much better. This is adult oriented, as there are adult channels on TV. Overall good experience at this establishment.

Cons (-) Booked a room as I had a business meeting near it's location. Kayak indicated the motel had 3 and a half stars. The room appeared to be recently, and decently remodeled. However, it was not clean, I witnessed what I believed to be a drug deal occurring several rooms away, the person checking in behind me appeared to be a prostitute, I was floored that most of the television channels were porn.
