Most guests had a negative experience at the hotel, with cleanliness being the most common complaint, including dirty rooms, mold, and unclean bathrooms. Service also received criticism, with reports of unresponsive staff and issues with communication. Bed comfort was often mentioned as poor, with uncomfortable or old beds. Some guests noted that the rooms were spacious, and a few appreciated the location or amenities like fireplaces and large rooms. Breakfast was frequently described as lacking or disappointing. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives in these reviews.

Pros (+) The rooms are very pretty, love the brick and fireplace. The toiletries that were provided were also nice quality and very appreciated. The room also had a microwave and refrigerator.
Cons (-) The bed was very old and we could feel the metal springs which was uncomfortable and also the box spring was made out of 4x4 would and my husband stubbed his foot on it as it stuck out way too far. That was pretty janky
