Pros (+) Hotel is bare bones but it has what you need. Staff was responsive and polite.
Cons (-) If you get the hotel ahead of time and pay <100 per night, it's worth it if you just need a quick place to crash. If you are shopping last minute when prices are high and similar across the board, I would give something else a shot. The hotel just feels old, not very well maintained. Pros (+) The comfort of the bed and the location, nothing else. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and the lake.
Cons (-) The worst hotel I ever stayed in! Definitely overpriced for that extent of dirt, broken facilities and kindness of the staff. Leftover food and mold in the microwave and refrigerator, dirt everywhere including toilet, shower and sink. Broken shutters, so that you were able to see the room from the outside, staff tried to hide this with a lamp. In comparison, holes in the wall, no electricity outle...
