Pros (+) The room is clean and nice. They have a Jacuzzi open until 10pm and also free coffee, hot chocolate and tea at the reception.
Cons (-) The check out time is 11am. At 9:30 we got a call from the reception reminding us about our check out time. Then we realized our electricity was cut. It was annoying.

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel grounds and room. Felt very woodsy and rustic, yet warm and comfortable. Room included amenities of a studio apartment. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dog friendly. My dog appreciated the treat offered by reception staff!

Cons (-) room heater did not work, which seems ridiculous for Tahoe. Hot tub was very nice but could stand to be warmer, felt a bit like a warm bath.

Pros (+) The front desk manager is super rude. Our request was not at all heard. This attitude towards customer is not helpful. The parking lot allotted to us was already taken. The internet wifi service kept dropping every 5 minutes.
Cons (-) The courtesy to listen to customer and to come up with a solution. Blaming customers in a rude manner. The wifi never worker for more than 5 min. Yahoo is accessible but google services are not. The parking allotted is already assigned to someone else.
