Property that is showing its age despite the recent renovations. We booked the Conrad Suites and was initially upgraded to the Conrad Ocean Front Suite. When I found out that the upgraded room was not part of the recent renovation, I requested the Ocean Front Suite instead. Pros (+) The service and amenities were excellent. Kids loved the Kurakura club and swimming pool was so nice and warm.
Cons (-) I felt check-in service was not that great as we didn’t receive any welcome kit.
