Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, and shops. Many reviewers also mention the spaciousness of the rooms and the good views available from balconies. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, mold, and even pests. Service is another area of concern, with reports of unresponsive or absent staff and issues during check-in and check-out. While some guests note the hotel offers decent value for its location, others feel the price is not justified given the cleanliness and service issues.
