Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many reviews highlighting excellent service from both reception and other personnel. Cleanliness was another strong point, with several guests noting the rooms and common areas were well maintained. The pool area was frequently mentioned as a positive feature, though a few guests suggested improvements in pool cleanliness and amenities. While the location was convenient for some, others found it less ideal due to distance from the center and challenging access by foot. Despite minor criticisms about breakfast and room comfort, the general sentiment was positive, especially regarding service, cleanliness, and pool facilities.
