Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its excellent central location, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and transportation. The service, particularly from host Antonio and the staff, was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with many reviews mentioning clean rooms and frequent towel changes. Some guests noted that the rooms and bathrooms could be small, and a few mentioned the lack of an elevator or breakfast, but these were generally minor issues compared to the positives.
