Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near city centers, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Cleanliness is also frequently mentioned positively. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable and hard, and a few noted small room sizes, noise from the street, and minor issues with amenities like air conditioning and parking.
