Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, clean and spacious rooms, and the pool area, which many found enjoyable. The breakfast, however, was a common point of dissatisfaction, with several guests describing it as poor or lacking variety. While the overall cleanliness and room size were well received, some reviews mentioned maintenance and service issues. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was seen as a good value for the price, especially for short stays or transit.

Wonderful
Neville, Jul 2023
Excellent location for the airport or for whoever is visiting Sofia but with own transport/rental car. Neo-classical style hotel with nicely decorate comfortable rooms overlooking a large clean pool and with a view of the mountains. Breakfast was served in a stunning restaurant with limited options but wholesome and buffet style. Good shopping options for everyday items close by eg JUMBO, LIDL
