Pros (+) The staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) The room smelled like smoke, the air conditioner didn't work very well. It kept turning off and we couldn't turn it down, so it was very muggy in our room. The bathroom door had some gross splattering on it, like a spill that never got wiped off. The towel hook came off the door at some point in time and then it was never replaced or repainted. Pros (+) I enjoyed my stay. The staff were pleasant, professional, and very accommodating! Especially Domenique...He's absolutely the best at what he does! I must also mention that during breakfast, my children asked about an item that wasn't on the menu that morning, and the staff prepared it specifically for them! Job well done to the staff of Comfort Inn and Suites Galleria!
