Pros:We are very rare car rental shoppers. Overall the service was what I would expect to better. Car was clean and received upgrade when vehicle we reserved was not available.Cons:Received damaged vehicle which we brought up to agent. She said they knew and it was documented on our rental, but I think it should have came up immediately when we got the keys. Also required $200 refundable deposit? Not sure why, they had our credit card info and we did purchase insurance. Had to wait multiple business days after rental to have deposit refunded.Reviewed Mar 16 2021

Pros:We were lucky enough to met Megan... she way great and assisted us with every of our needs.Cons:The opportunity to choose a different color of the car. We had a new Mercedes Van ( which was perfect) by we lived by the sea and Black was not so ideal for us.Reviewed Mar 17 2020

Pros:The staff was very helpful and courteous.Cons:I was a bit confused as I arrived at the airport. I was not certain on the Pickup procedure because my flight was rather late.
