Wasn't able to rent.Pros:NothingCons:The company was difficult and wouldn't let me rent the car because my credit card did not have embossed letters. The company also doesn't have email customer service which makes complaints and real time information difficult.Reviewed Jan 6 2019

I will never rent from Sixt again!Pros:NothingCons:The rental agent and the manager would not fulfill the already paid rental car contract because the credit card we used to make the reservation was not imprintable. We were asked to show the card we had made the reservation with to charge a deposit for incidentals. They looked at the card, a Chase Visa, and said because it would not imprint with a decades old credit card imprinter we could not have the car. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and as I said will not rent from this company ever again.Reviewed Sep 23 2018

Cons:did not have make i requested and i had checked in cape town to make sure that model would hold my golf clubs. the one they gave me was a bit smaller and golf clubs could not fit s had to upgrade making rental quite expensive.Reviewed Mar 7 2018
