I was contacted after returning the car that there was a dent in the car. In fact there was a scratch at it was noted on the record upon pickup. Only after producing a full video of the car with existing damage was the charged apparently dropped but without any courtesy email or apology.Reviewed Oct 14 2022

Pros:The Staff was not friendly was late for 30 minutes because he went to eat & tried to Fool me to get an expensive car without insurance instead of Smart that was initially of agreement. The only good guy was the parking Guy. Initially I had booked a 4 doors car, then a smart and then a BMWCons:They Could not be late root and good inform me before I go there that there is no car as the one agreed! Pros:Relatively easy to get started.Cons:Felt like I was being sold things at times, and their wasn't a ton of communication during receiving and returning the car so that felt a bit odd.Reviewed May 24 2017

Pros:Confusion at car rental. Extra charges for things not mentioned. You do not get the car you necessarily ordered. Filling out paperwork ahead of time did not save any time.Cons:Be careful to note every single scratch, ding, or imperfection as they are looking for reasons to charge you. This is not like renting a car in North America, The insurance they wanted to sell me was as much as the car rental itself . Finding the car and getting someone to assist in the garage was difficult. It's all on you trying to find the car in a garage with multiple floors. Then you have to find someone to help go over the car. Not easy. Save yourself plenty of time .Reviewed May 7 2017

Pros:Your staff is great. But your insurance prices are way too high. There are at least 3 other options in Barcelona that are cheaper.
