Pros: Great car and great value for the money although expected fuel economy to be better on a hybrid
Cons: Waited for over an hour to pick up our car in Barcelona while it was driven from another terminal across the street. It would help if a Via-T device was offered with the rental.

Pros: the guy who helped us rent the car was very nice and friendly, however we didnt the car was not automatic. the car was dirty and we were not told how everything work, like radio and stuff like that. also they charges an extra fee we didnt know about and of courser the fee the bank charges

Cons: Two speeding tickets, they charged $45 apiece to look them up on the computer and sending me a bill for the tickets which I had to pay for one and the Local gov unit never billed me.

Pros: The Staff was not friendly was late for 30 minutes because he went to eat & tried to Fool me to get an expensive car without insurance instead of Smart that was initially of agreement. The only good guy was the parking Guy. Initially I had booked a 4 doors car, then a smart and then a BMW
Cons: They Could not be late root and good inform me before I go there that there is no car as the one agreed! Worst experience ever!

How is this not illegal?
Cons: I reserved a car for $109. In Barcelona airport at 5 am sixt was the only car rental available, and they knew it. They told me my only option was to pay 180 because they didn’t have any economy cars left. I had no option and felt kinda depressed at how deceptive the world has become. How a giant corporation can take surcharge advantage
