Pros (+) Location is great - you turn the corner uphill and beautiful piazza and great dining options are steps away.
Cons (-) This hotel isn't deserving of it's five star status. Yes, it has great bones and it has a wonderful location but it needs updating - while renovations can be costly - takes basic maintenance and pride for 5 stars to have clean walls in the room and Clorox for the mildew in the bathroom. Staff was nice but poorly trained.
