The air-con, the safety, the bed
The exhaust fan for the bathroom isn't working and the bidet for the toilet has leaks.
Check in is extremely quick. The location is very good, close to the walking area Water refill every day. Greek restaurant in the building with perfect food
The hotel looks rather old with old furniture and carpets The room was not clean -someone's hair all over the floor in the room and in bathroom. Peanuts under the bed. The view to the construction

Being asked to pay for my misplaced room card. (Though I was finally pardoned). But I feel the hotel is too petty to even have the mind to ask me to pay in the first place, moreso, since it was misplaced within the hotel room. That action is definitely not “customer friendly”.
The lobby front lady was very kind to me. every time. She lent me the umbrella. She is outstanding!
The bathroom was recently renovated. The hotel is in a very nice residential borough namely Tiong Bahru where you can find amazing food, friendly people, nice shops a bit expansive though.
No breakfast, broken air condition, the room was stinking of smoke, the curtain maybe never washed...Very disappointing for a 7+
