Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, describing it as perfect for exploring the city and close to main attractions. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly, helpful, and attentive. Many guests found the hotel and rooms to be clean and well-maintained. However, several reviews noted issues with noise due to creaky wooden floors and poor soundproofing. There were also repeated complaints about the lack of air conditioning and uncomfortable heat during summer stays, especially in attic rooms. Some guests mentioned minor issues with bed comfort and bathroom cleanliness, but overall, the positives centered on location, service, and cleanliness.
