The towels even after being washed had stains on them and the room was very dusty.
Great location and quiet. The room was massive and the pool was great after a long hot day visiting the temples. Also having a lift made life easier with a suitcase.
The water pressure and temperature was hit and miss. The breakfast was basic. The staff weren't very accommodating when I asked if they could make me an early breakfast as I was visiting the temples for sunrise so had to go buy my own breakfast.
nice firm spring matress. nice furniture/decor. cable tv chanels. staff let me refill drinking water from the resturant kitchen (better to put the water machine outside. good to avoid buying more plastic bottles). pool was nice. good location, near to flavours of india excellent resturant and other cheap food, and near to pub street
the nearby school was very noisy (early bell ringing, loud speaker and a thousand kids talking!). the rooms with balcony wouldnt be affected by this tho. shower took 5 minutes to get propper hot
The location was excellent
Lets start at the beginning: 1 - Forgot to pick me up at the airport 2 - Room shabby and one window which overlooked a sort of lounge area for people who did not want to sit in the lobby (and if you saw the lobby you would know why) - so lots of noise at night 3 - Air conditioning was very noisy 4 - Bed and pillows hard 5 - Half used toiletries 6 - Forgot to clean the room on both days (I left on the third day and went to a nice hotel) 7 - Staff surly to the point, and I can't believe I am saying this considering how kind and considerate the vast majority of people in Cambodia were, of being rude 8 - No menu offered for breakfast oh and no breakfast box offered on first day (was going on tour at 4am) 9 - Asked for hard boiled eggs on the second morning and received eggs that were only partially cooked (majority was clear egg white)
Very close to Pub street. Few drinking place or restaurants just few meter away from hotel. The staff is very friendly. They have power generator so still power supply as usual when power trip in the town.
Some of my friends couldn’t get free airport pick up service.
