Some of the staff were courteous. The location was quiet and peaceful. Rooms were very comfortable. The bed was especially good.
The property claims to be a 5-star property, yet a lot was lacking. For one, the restaurant was understaffed. There was no water for any of the rooms in the morning on both days of our stay. The staff were extra extra extra slow to respond to our calls for water on both days. Breakfast was an OK affair and due to being understaffed, the restaurant took more than half hour to get a second refill of cappuccino. To be fair, the hotel manager waived off the tour guide and vehicle charges for the temple tour that we had availed due to the inconvenience. But in my humble opinion, this is far from deserving 5-stars. Last but not the least, the digital code to unlock all rooms is a numeric pattern. You can open any room if you know the pattern. That, in my mind is a security problem. It is very diffiicult for me to imagine that these 2 days were some sort of bad days for the hotel or an off-season thing.
The location maybe not so scenic but the rooms are big for the buck and do compensate quite well. Well organized and clean rooms. The place is very near to the airport and they do take care of your to and fro to the airport. The staff is very well mannered and helpful especially Sissy is very helpful and kind.
I probably visited off season so not many guest were around, hence the swimming pool was not operational
We really enjoyed our stay...the hotel is located in a very calm area. The room and the bathroom were really spacious, clean and comfortable. When it comes to the restaurant, we only tried breakfast and it was good. The pool was great, an ideal way to relax after a long day.
Hotel is in pieceful location, quiet. Big spacious well furnished rooms, clean, comfortable big bed. Airport shuttle was ok by friendly tuk-tuk driver. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast a la carte was really great, pleasant atmosphere in restaurant. Pool was in good location and crystal clear.
We asked for breakfast package one day because our tour to Angkor Wat started at 4:00am, the receptionist told us no problem but in the morning there was no breakfast package at all. Food and beverages in restaurant were a little overpriced. Wifi signal in room was not the best.
Staff lovely. wonderfully helpful. The trips available were competitively priced compared to the tour agents in Siem Reap town
