Pros: The room was really cozy and nicely decorated. We had tea and coffee in the room every day. Towels and toilet paper were replaced and filled every day. We also had slippers and a robe in the room for use. The minibar had decent prices. The breakfast included was really good.

Pros: The room was really cozy and nicely decorated. We had tea and coffee in the room every day. Towels and toilet paper were replaced and filled every day. We also had slippers and a robe in the room for use. The minibar had decent prices. The breakfast included was really good.
Cons: The door to the balcony had some issues on it's right side which allowed some air flow which would make hard for the room to keep too warm. There were also some coffee stains on the wall and the shower head was half worned out. Also, the bathroom ventilation isn't that good and it smells like still water after every shower.

Cons: The bed is awful, is super hard (maybe for my taste, but ive been is so many hotels all over the world and I know how to make the difference)... the carpet in the room is softer, so better sleep on the floor...

Cons: I did not like that in the SPA area, after paying a good price for the room, you have to reserve the Jacuzzi, Sauna, Etc and pay extra for it. The SPA is very basic and should be available upon demand, included in the price. For this reason we did not use it as it was inconvenient ...

Cons: Hotel facilities booklet was not available in the room. Parking appears inadequately small to the hotel size. It appears that -if the hotel is booked- there might be parking issues. A/C was well functioning; however natural ventilation -if desired- is only possible via 2 tiny windows, while the big windows are parmanently locked.

Could be a little noisy outside, but room soundproofing was pretty good. Sibiu is a nice town for a short break, perhaps not for a long stay.
