Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness of the staff, with many finding it convenient for nearby stores and attractions. However, there are frequent complaints about the pool being closed or in poor condition, as well as negative comments about the breakfast selection and cleanliness issues such as bugs and unpleasant odors. While some guests found the rooms clean and comfortable, others reported uncomfortable beds and maintenance problems. Overall, the location and service stand out as positives, but several amenities and cleanliness aspects need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
