The food was minimal and repetitive. Our all inclusive only included soft drinks and tea/coffee

The pools were great. Waiters and other staff, friendly and excellent. It's a good bolthole if you are going for the diving and don't much care about food or other amenities. Customer relations staff member excellent- she tried and she cared. But management don't care so there isn't much that she can change.
Manager of Martini Bar rude and insulting. Seems to do very little work. Other than Restaurant Managers, management in general were not interested in complaints. Shuttle Bus driver ran his own timetable and not that advertised e.g. shuttle due to leave hotel at 13:15. He insisted 14:00. I complained to reception and we left at 13:20! Arrived to catch bus from beach back to hotel at 16:50 for the 17:00 bus and we saw that he was driving along the main stretch of road back to the hotel- He'd left at his time and not the written 17:00hrs. Entertainment Team- one female member thought that she would ruin guests afternoon by being loud and obnoxious with her Italian friends around the pool area. I complained to the Martini Bar Manager, who then joined in with the Italians and became insulting and made fun of us!! Food that should have been hot was brought out to the buffet area either cold or warm and then the hotplates were never turned on e.g. meat, vegetables, rice, main dishes. Some areas of the hotel served luke warm coffee and warm cold drinks because they did not have Hot drinks facility (coffee was made in thermos flask), cold drinks machine not switched on! Entertainment began at approx. 20:00 and was over by 21:00- (dinner was served between 19:00-21:00hrs) appalling mainly and clearly aimed at Eastern Bloc tourists as there was no translations provided. We stayed 9 days and in all that time around the pools were cleaned once by splashing water and wiping with filthy rag. Likewise the main reception and restaurant floors.

There are pools, plural! Bars, plural. Not far from the beach, as i understand, maybe i'm wrong, they give free shuttle service to the beach, which is not far away. The difference between the All-inclusive-deal and the breakfast and dinner deal was 5€. In exchange lunch, free soft drinks at the bar. There are a lot of Russians and Italians, most of the staff speak both.. On the last night because they saw they can, (it probably was a slow weekend) they even gave me a free room upgrade
I'm angry with them, because of all of their services i almost didn't leave the Hotel and explored the City. Do make sure to ask for a wifi username and a bracelet for the meals and the bar.
