the hotel is nearby almost everything,the breakfast is great and they have a variety of delicious meals. rooms are spacious but need more cleaning the staff are great works hard to satisfy the customers especially the management level who are experienced and supervise and following up all the cases and details.I'd like to mention Mr. Ashraf Rabie who hosted and invited us for a dinner because of a delay on our order from room service at lunch time "without" a complaint from me, which I consider its a very important point added to the favorite of hotel management.
room cleanliness need to be done by a professional or a well trained staff, and the curtains should be changed or to be replaced with a new idea of decoration matches the theme. they need more staff to serve the customers to avoid and solve the delay of service issue.
