Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for accessing local attractions and transport. Some reviewers highlight positive experiences with friendly and helpful staff, particularly at reception. However, a significant number of guests report negative experiences with service, citing unhelpful or rude staff, slow check-in, and poor room service. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, unclean bedding, and lack of basic amenities like towels.
