Pros (+) The location is the only positive.
Cons (-) First of all, the first room they gave me, the lock didn't work. I literally open the door without using the key. The second room they gave me had a broken light fixture by the bed stand. The bathroom bathtub was scratched and discolored. The water pressure was nothing short of horrible. The beds were massively uncomfortable. The gym was not open. Pros (+) Location was good. About a 10 min walk to Jingan subway.
Cons (-) The one thing that really rubbed me the wrong way was they charged about $6 for internet in the room, but offered it for free in the lobby. However, they discouraged people from using it by placing 0 chairs in lobby, except for around a cafe with explicit signs that sitting there requires purchasing food or drinks at the cafe.
