Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location in the French Concession, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and easy access to public transport. Cleanliness and modern facilities, including the pool and gym, are frequently highlighted. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety and quality, though some guests note the inconvenience of having to cross to another building for it. Service is generally described as friendly and helpful, but a few guests report language barriers and less welcoming interactions at reception. Room size is a common concern, with several guests finding rooms smaller than expected, though well maintained. Overall, the hotel is seen as a great value for its location and amenities, despite some minor drawbacks.
