Pros (+) I like the helpfulness of the clerk. I liked the location of the hotel with regards to its proximity to Pigeon Forge attractions. I like the discounts for Pigeon Forge Attractions that come with the booking of the room I loved the price. The rooms were very nice. Particularly, the ceramic tile flooring. I like the 2nd story balcony This will be the hotel spot for myself and my family for every tim...
Cons (-) I asked for two wake up calls. One for 9:30am Saturday morning and another for the same time on Sunday morning. Neither time did anyone call me. I asked the housekeepers for towels and they never brought me any. However, this isn't a big deal to me. I still enjoyed the stay and it will be my choice of stay when I come back to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg
