Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient and quiet location, making it easy to access local attractions and providing a relaxing environment. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the lack of onsite staff, reliance on virtual check-in, and unhelpful or difficult-to-understand service. Cleanliness is also a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, mold, and even bedbugs. Some found the beds uncomfortable, and amenities such as the hot tub and wifi received mixed feedback. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) The office is not open late or early, so I did not have a way to check out in the morning when I left at 6:30am. A key drop would be nice, so guests can check out without the office being open.
