Pros:They offered a ten dollar credit for the snack bar instead of breakfast as a Covid precaution. The staff were all super nice and they didn’t have any problem with my dogs being there. They even gave them a bag of treats, dog bowls, a dog bed and water. My dogs loved running around, jumping in the bathtub, diving off the couch into the duvets. Very spoiled dogs.

Pros:Always a comfortable bed at StayPineapple. Large room for Seattle.
Cons:The tv was tiny for such a large room. 27-32” is just tiny these days.

Cons:There were "hidden" fees for basic services. Things like internet access cost an extra $30. That was a (n unwelcome) surprise.

Cons:Confusing access/approach to hotel (no driveway and "no parking" signs in front). Should get a loading zone at minimum. There's a garage entry, but no signage telling you how to contact front desk or to check in. None would be a problem if you arrive without a rental car.

Pros:They were great about letting me park in their garage before my room was ready. They held my luggage for me until I could get in the room. They called me- a real person called me to let me know my room was ready. They had free bicycles you could use. The beds in the rooms are to die for! The room was nice and roomy. They even have a brochure detailig all the restaraunts within walking distance. They thought of everything!!!
Cons:This was my first time in Seattle. Even though the hotel was excellent, I think I will try and get closer to the Space Needle area if I go back. (I should have done more research on the area I wanted to stay in- which is my fault) BUT it is a superb hotel and would be excellent if you are visiting someone at the University. There is nothing I can say that is negative about this hotel!

Pros:Free parking, walk to any UW event....
Cons:They used to do interesting little things to enhance the experience. Now it is just a Hampton or a Courtyard with slightly better art. Also, they assign rooms based on how you made the reservation. My Kayak reservation got me a second floor room next to the elevator, with a view of the dumpster and a coupon for a discount if I booked directly next time. I've stayed in the hotel many many and made the reservation months in advance for a very special occasion. I was disappointed this time..

Pros:The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed directions to the UW Medical center and they got us there no problem. By the way, if you have to go to the Medical Center this is an ideal location, very easy to get to from the Watertown. The rooms are comfortably spacious and well appointed. Hardwood floors which is a nice change, since my husband and I both have allergies. There are windows in the room that open for fresh air. Drapes that cover all windows and provide a dark sleeping space, should you like that. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is allergen free - no feathers! They provide parking at no additional charge.
Cons:There was a heating unit in the room that we could not get to turn off, so our rest was interrupted during the night. The coffee maker did not work. Not enough chairs in the room; There was a desk chair that was it. No schedule for the TV so could not figure out which channel was which. There is not an identified space in front of the hotel for temporary parking while you go check in.
