The resort was under construction and most of the amenities were closed. Woke up every am before 8AM to jack hammers and construction sounds. Complained to the Manager but received nothing complimentary and I had to chase her down most of the trip to complain. Pros (+) Beautiful resort, nice rooms and lovely grounds, including pool and man-made sand beach.
Cons (-) The room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon, which made it difficult to go out and come back later. Occupied rooms should be given priority and cleaned earlier so that the guests do not have to be concerned that they cannot use the room because it is going to be cleaned later on. Should have door hang tag that says "Please Make Up My Room" that would facilitate earlier cleaning for those ...

Pros (+) We loved the pool facilities and the staff were amazing. The rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was great. We loved being able to hear the music in the evening on our balcony. We will probably stay again next time we visit the Phoenix area due to the service level you get for such a reasonably priced room.

Pros (+) The atmosphere. Sun and pools. Indoor/outdoor living.
Cons (-) Food was average. Room service food was below average. Drinks were not good. You really need to step up your menu on food and train all your bartenders how to make a decent drink. Expected a lot better for the money!
