Cons (-) The place definitely looked like it had been lived in and was worn out. I stayed there with my family and had to reassure them that staying there was a 1 night only affair. The halls smelled like a coworker had cooked some weird food in the breakroom microwave. The floor did not seem clean. There was nothing in the cabinets to help out with eating of any kind.
