The hotel receives high praise for its outstanding location right on the lake, with many guests enjoying the beautiful views and proximity to local attractions. Cleanliness is generally rated positively, with several reviews mentioning well-kept rooms and public spaces. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful, though a few guests experienced communication issues. However, there are repeated complaints about the pool's cleanliness and maintenance, as well as dissatisfaction with the breakfast quality and variety.
