Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, quiet surroundings, and available parking. However, there were consistent complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty linens, unclean bathrooms, and general lack of hygiene. Service was also criticized, especially regarding unresponsiveness and lack of staff presence. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and a few noted issues with amenities such as air conditioning and TV. Overall, while the location and parking were highlights, cleanliness and service need significant improvement.
