Cons: I requested for a room with a king size bed and away from the traffic noise, and I got a room quth 2 beds and close to the road. The room was kind of old and you could hear everything from the room next door. And I had to request for someone to bring out the pool towels on both days.

Pros: This hotel is superb. If you are into colonial architecture you will find it specially delightful. This is a 150+ years old building perfectly maintained. The hotel is located right at the heart of the city. Thus, all the main attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. Our room was very quiet and dark at night and very bright during the day. If you wake up early, you get to hear hundreds of birds chirping and see the beautiful colors of sunrise from the balcony.

Cons: What you see is what you get nothing more they dont have a big luggage room and I disliked not being able to store my luggage for a Day after check out when I was going on a tour outside of queretaro, The manager and rest of staff met expectations. We sort of think they need out of a conservative policies here and fresh New staff at the help desk and person Who deals with guest problems

Cons: The only thing that was very pricy was the taxi $350 pesos which the Hotel said they were services used by them for 2 years. If you want to bring more people to Queretaro and use Mirabel you need to be knowledgeable about what it offers. I asked at the front desk about tours and the clerk said let me get you someone that knows about it. What if the other person wasnt available??? It doesnt hurt to know about all that Queretaro offers. Its a beautiful place

Pros: I've stayed at this hotel three times before and love the location and the hotel itself. Rooms are in the back off the street and in a nice garden setting. An easy walk to lots of parks and plazas in the centro part of Querétaro. The city itself is marvelous and so fun to explore. I also appreciated the parking, a large lot a couple of blocks from the hotel and free with your stamped ticket. My next trip to Querétaro I'll certainly stay here again.

Design of new rooms not very practical but this might be us because as seniors are used to avoid splashing water 1 meter from the bed as the sink is placed outside the bathroom.

Pros: They made us double pay and blamed bookings.com for not getting the reservation to them in time. Locked our room with our belongings inside and held our possessions hostage until we paid more money. Than threatened us with a 1000 fine for smoking a ciggerette. Pros: They made us double pay and blamed bookings.com for not getting the reservation to them in time. Locked our room with our belongings inside and held our possessions hostage until we paid more money. Than threatened us with a 1000 fine for smoking a ciggerette. This place robbed us and came in our room being nosey going through our belongings as well. As soon as they knew we had money they started acting this way.

Cons: I was not happy with their credit Card processing machine. I was asked to pay cash at the restaurant and then for room service as well. It was very inconvenient because I had to leave the hotel to find an ATM. To top it off, I had to go to multiple banks because the ATM machine wouldn't work. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Cons: It's extremely noisy!!! you can hear all the noise from the restaurant. Its located i. The middle of the hotel. So if your trying to rest this is the wrong hothel. They start cleaning and setting up around 6:00 am and finish cleaning at night around 11:00pm.

Cons: Free breakfast always attracts lots of people, I guess this can't be helped since it's included with the booking. Maybe I'd suggest to set up another space to accommodate all guest looking to have breakfast, in addition to the current one (the space is somewhat limited and small)

Cons: The hostel was old and needs some renovation. The bathroom was shady and dirty. The toilet seat was broken and seemed to be like that for quite a while. The personal was ok but not too friendly either. Breakfast was included but kinda small.

Cons: The bottom bunk bed I slept in felt very confined, the walls where painted black and the finishing was terrible, so it made you feel like you where stuck in a whole, rather than sleeping in a bunk bed. The bathroom needs a bit of upkeep, but the water was plenty and really warm.
