Pros (+) if yiu believe their website, then this should be a very pleasant boutique hotel which allows rest and recreation.
Cons (-) Their website says "...truly a distinctive urban retreat that lets one escape from the buzz of the city". That is misleading advetising. it is located near many bars and restaurants and the music went until 5am on the Saturday night and 2am on the Sunday.
