Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Barrio Italia and key attractions. Some guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and the cleanliness of certain rooms. However, there are repeated complaints about poor maintenance, cleanliness issues such as mold in bathrooms, misleading photos, and uncomfortable or small rooms. Service is sometimes described as unhelpful or even hostile, and breakfast receives mixed reviews, with some finding it basic or limited. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect.
