Very secure hotel. Great with so many kids there! Water slides, pools, were fantastic & very clean. Great adventure for kids in & out of the caves. Pirate theme very well done both inside & out. Lots to explore. Great shows at night & fireworks. Loved the artificial grass round the pool & surroundings. Easy for the young ones to run around bare footed & areas were thoroughly cleaned every morning.
Needs air conditioning in the bedroom. A bit stuffy. Showers need upgrading. A bit old fashioned & the water goes everywhere.

Food was the best food I have had in Spanish All inclusive hotels for the past 6 years. Not just soft drinks and water were self service, but also beer and wine, which meant no queues at the bar if you wanted something else (some hotels could learn form this) Pool was nice , not too cold.. Sunbed situation manageable ( you only need to get in there really early if you need an umbrella, else just get a bed at 9 AM) Staff was very friendly, entertainment professional Air conditioning in apartment was very powerful, however it was hard (not impossible) to get cold air in the bedroom Wifi good (10Mbps) No smoking around the pool area Very secure - many times I have seen people being stopped at entrance as they were not guests
If you want a safe you need to pay extra (why is it called all inclusive) A bit expensive in my view Very English/Irish oriented (not a problem , but I like hotels with more variety) Nobody collecting empty drink glasses around the pool until the evening
