Way too far from Santa Fe. Does not show distance out of town. Beware
The bed was very comfortable. The omelettes art the breakfast buffet were fantastic.
Our toilet had issues flushing. Had to be flushed twice with extreme patience. The toiletries were a mish mash of different brands - weird. Tiny towels.
It was convenient to get on highway for other destinations that we were going to.
Restuarant and casino wad closed did not open till 8am. When we were up before then and buffett wad not open ad per there signage had to look for restaurant to go eat breakfast.
Cities Of Gold Review
I liked the price for the room. It was well priced, and it had a nice fitness center
Staff was rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience
Touch of Gold
I enjoyed access to the fitness center therapeutic pool, whirlpool, and sauna. There was laundry on site and a fitness center. The restaurant in the hotel made awesome chicken enchiladas. Manager Mark was Awesome and very accommodating. Juan, shuttle driver, was very accommodating and helpful. Bartender Loretta was the best. Would place my to-go orders with her. The bowling alley and casino was in walking distance which also offered meal options for a reasonable price. My room was a nice size and had a plush king size bed.
Few of the front desk clerks were a little stand-off-ish. The waitresses in the restaurant weren't very attentive. One of the dryer's weren't working properly. The casino was extremely smokey and had to go through it to get to the restaurant. No cell service with ATT&T. Hotel phone was old and did not always work properly. Few stalkers around the hotel. Printer had no toner. Little bit of a walk from parking lot to room.
Pet friendly and close to Bandalier National Park
We got an incredible price for a stay the very same night and there was no extra charge for our dog. It's one of the closest hotels to the ruins, which is why we chose it. The room was huge and clean and the bed was decent. There's a little coffee maker and a fridge in the room, which is good if you're traveling long distance as we were. The big casino (slots only) across the parking lot makes for a little bit of fun - they even have bingo. Overall, it was good, not great; but for the price I would definitely stay again.
No fun extras. Like, nothing. Not even a free spin on the slot machines. The TV was an old tube TV...I haven't seen one of these in years but there it was. Not a big deal but just a stark contrast to the Drury we stayed at the night before where they have amenities like complimentary breakfast, dinner, popcorn, and soda, etc.
We didnt use the casino. We were doing something nearby.
Old ratty towels. Soneone`s floss stick was in the corner of the room. Dusty.
