Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near beaches, restaurants, and public transport. The staff, especially Ana, received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness. Cleanliness was highlighted in many reviews, with rooms and common areas kept tidy. Guests also appreciated the good value for money, with reasonable prices for both accommodation and food. Some minor issues were mentioned, such as noise and lack of air conditioning, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives.
