The location is great. The restaurant could have more variety in their menu.

Loved being directly on the beach. Beach combing for shells was a lot of fun. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. It’s an older renovated hotel. Quiet, well kept older property. Nice staff. Perfectly located on the beach. Sparkling pool. Will return.
Pros (+) Location, amenities (pool, pool bar, parking), right on the beach, staff, cleaning, landscaping, food is excellent and fast service. Awesome we will come back to this hotel.
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) It was very quiet . Not a lot of children. Easy access to beach and downtown.
Cons (-) Nothing . The resort was clean , friendly and very relaxing.
Pros (+) I actually picked on line because it had tile floored rooms available, but was pleasantly surprised for more than one reason. The price was excellent, actually the cleanest place I've stayed so far in Sanibel, lovely grounds - enjoyed lounging and reading in the hammock under the palms, and very short walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful also. I'd definitely stay here again.
