Pros:The staff at Victoria House was the real star. They were extremely friendly and appeared to really want the traveler to have a great experience. Food was good, and the service was great.
Cons:The seaweed on the beach is a bit of an issue. The staff worked everyday to remove it but the fact that you can’t walk directly into the beach is a it of an issue. In conversations with other travelers this is an issue all along San Pedro.

Pros:Food was the bomb! Warm welcome. Service and attentiveness and friendliness of staff was unmatched! They served you anywhere and everywhere on the property - including on the dock. Always promptly attending with a smile. Total relaxation. Hotel picks you up from the airport, drops u off, arranges all trips, scuba pickup right off the private doc. Superb!!!! Beds and pillow super comfy, friendly staff, abundance of towels, two pools including an infinity pool!
Cons:The overcharging overpricing on food and drinks was tacky. They charge $5 US to "split" a meal and put it on another plate. Their "complimentary" breakfast is worst than what you would find at a Motel 6. One of their employees taunted a beautiful iguana, stepped on its tail on purpose and ripped it off -- horrifying the guests who saw. Needless to say once we all complained this employee was not seen again on the property.

Pros:The grounds and pools were amazing. The bar and restaurant on site are some of the best in the area, and they have everything you need from bikes to snorkel rentals. The place is just beautiful.
Cons:Not much to not like. Maybe one else or two instances of staff being slow or nonchelant, but that's just the island I think.
