Well situated on one of the main shopping streets and with great views overlooking San Marino below mt titano, as well as the 2nd and 3rd towers. Also sports a nice restaurant and is well within easy reach of most of the other major attractions. Interior decor has an atmospheric vibe, complete with pictures of previous celebrity guests.
No significant issues.
Excellent location just inside the city walls. Friendly reception, and comfortable room.
Restaurant menu extremely limited (partly understandable as it was out of season and I was the only customer) - food ok but expensive. No way of checking if I received the promised discount for residents WiFi hopeless - insecure and hardly any signal. (There was hardly any mobile phone signal either, but I can't blame the hotel for that!)
The view was stunning in the deluxe room (the attached photos were taken from the room!) - well worthwhile. The place was very clean and it was a great stay. The hotel has great access to the castles, etc., which are an easy and wonderful walk (up a bit, but that's what you expect here). The restaurant around the corner from the hotel (Cantina di Bacco) was a good, fun, reasonable, and pleasant place to dine. Traveling a little bit off-season made old San Marino magical, with good weather and few tourists.
The internet was a little spotty and would drop occasionally. There is only one road into the old city and they were working on it, which limited where we could park, but the hotel staff were helpful here. These things are all minor.
Location is excellent, parking is just in 100 meters.Good restaurant.
