Pros (+) Guys at the front desk are all super nice.
Cons (-) Lady at the front desk could try smiling.
Pros (+) This is the best place to stay if you don't want to drive when attending an event at the SAP Center, which is less than a 10-minute walk. I also like that the place is very clean, the hotel and our room. My friend was in town to attend a concert with me and we were both very happy with the accommodations, especially since we just wanted a clean, safe place to stay and this was the place. The compl...
Cons (-) The hotel is a bit dated but my main concern is cleanliness and safety.

Pros (+) Close proximity to SAP center for events. New carpet and furnishings. Had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room.
Cons (-) Air conditioner did not work, it was blowing hot air. Bathroom was dingy looking but superficially clean. Their recent remodel did not include the bathroom.
Pros (+) Walk to the SAP Center. Free parking. Free breakfast. Nice rooms!
Pros (+) Lighting in the room was poor, the shower temperature would constantly fluctuate between scolding hot and just barely warm. The hallways still smelled of fresh paint and carpet was a bit tattered. Location isn't bad and the staff and breakfast was great.
Pros (+) Nice staff
Cons (-) Being woke up at 3am due to excessive loud noise outside the hotel window
Pros (+) The hotel is dated and could use a remodel, but it was reasonably priced. The room was clean, large but old. There was a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom which we didn't use. The switches and timer where outside the bathroom which dated the place. Still the room was good for what we needed it for. We had a good stay there.
