Pros (+) The location is good. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) I had reserved the room for the previous Tuesday night. I am having radiation treatments for breast cancer and drive into the city the night before the treatment. Last Tuesday I woke up with a cold and couldn't have the radiation. My husband called the hotel as soon as the doctor canceled the treatment. Cons (-) The receptionist was so rude and had no people skill. I felt discriminated. I cancelled my reservation but was charged one day even though I refused. I will never ever book in this hotel ever again. The receptionist was a disgrace.

Pros (+) easy check-in/check-out, free parking (don't mind double parking & surrendering keys), convenient location.
Cons (-) walls too thin, can hear neighbors loudly outside the door. didn't mind the city/traffic noise since its, in fact, a city (duh).

Cons (-) Rooms were dated and it was under construction. Had to be moved to a second room because of a leak and the room not being cleaned yet.

Pros (+) Location close to Muni and decent value for the money.
Cons (-) Internet connection and speed could have been better and faster. Too many disconnection and slow at times. It will be nice to have dedicated area for free breakfast, instead of to go and have it in your own room.
