The hotel had a classic vintage feel but also ascetic.
Location was a bit dicey the room was on the small side
I stayed one night. I got looked after very well. The manager was great.
The lift was hard getting in with my wheelchair
The staff there is amazing. Both Emily, the manager, and Rocky exceeded my expectations. Rocky especially made us feel as if we were staying with friends! I found myself on more than one occasion down in the lobby conversating with them. Really and truly this is how a boutique hotel should be ran! EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!!!
Everything was perfect.
Location and staff. The elevator was unique. It was fun
Outstanding value for SF! The rooms were contemporary, updated, and clean. I loved having the coffee machine in the lobby. I was in a room facing Market street and it was quiet and had a nice view of the street. Finally, you couldn't ask for a better front desk attendant than Rocky: friendly, personable and fun to talk to! I'll recommend the place to friends in the future.
