Pros (+) Clean facility located in the heart of the downtown area. The hotel is quite and the staff friendly. If you are coming to downtown San Diego this is the place to stay at an affordable price

Cons (-) I've seen homeless shelters far nicer. Run down, noisy and dirty! I had it booked for 5 nights, had to leave after the first 12 hours, nasty place!

Cons (-) The room was hot. Had the air conditioner while I left for a couple of hours and when I returned it was as hot as when I arrived.
