They allowed me to check in early.
Literally a cold shower on day 2. No hot water. Toilet needed to be flushed multiple times. Had to ask for a new roll of toilet paper since there was only about an 1/8th of a roll available at check in. $15 charge for overnight parking and yet there is broken bottles, trash all over, kids smoking weed, listening to loud music and playing football. Crazy lady living out of her van and of course signs all over stating that they bear no responsibility for items that may get stolen from vehicle.
A business hotel without wifi!
Great location in the center of town, but you'll need a car to get to restaurants, etc.
I travel all the time for business. This hotel wins the worst hotel for 2018. The wifi went out constantly. No hot water in the rooms. Power went on and off. Service was poor and the breakfast buffet ($17 for old eggs and crappy potatoes) was absolutely horrible. The bacon was like a salt lick. Horrible place.
1 night stopover in San Diego
Friendly staff,comfortable room,spacious facilities.
A little further from the airport than we thought. Hotel shuttle from airport not available so $60 taxi bill so negatively impacted value. Hotel shuttle to airport in the morning was perfect. Location seemed remote from restaurants and shopping.
Large spacious bed room and bathroom. Front desk staff helpful. Free shuttle but if trying to get to the airport, be aware that shuttle may drop others off at various locations enroute to the airport. Great hamburger on the bar menu!!
Shuttle making so many stops. Physical layout of building rather bizarre and like a labyrinth. Further away from airport than I anticipated. Approx. 30 min without traffic.
Bizarre hotel in need of basic maintenance
Terrible gym with poor equipment. Exterior door to wing B did not close let alone lock
Decent value at Kayak price but poor condition.
$65 on Kayak. Entry way was pretty cool. This place is big and expansive. A little investment in facilities and grounds could really shape it up. It looks like they remodeled it but didn't go far enough.
Walk up price was around $130 Lots of repairs needed - I could hear the clunky doors from my room every time someone came in or out, ceiling leaking in the rain, little plumbing problems/rusty stuff. Something gross was stuck to the shower wall when I checked in, and housekeeping missed it the second day too.
Probably the worst hotel encounter I have ever had
The rooms were okay.
Housekeeping was out of control, I was walked in on FOUR different times, all while my DND sign was on the door, they didn't knock before unlocking the door; called for towels after 2 hours had to go get my own; witnessed housekeeping leave occupied rooms open/unlocked for long periods of time. My staff member had another guest receive a key to the room they were checked into.
Service took longer than expected
The rooms were dirty and outdated. Bathrooms were disgusting. Cracks in the tub, dirty grout and leaky sinks. There was also a wad of hair hanging from the ceiling in the walkway between our room and the pool. Horrible experience. We checked out the next day.
Location and the appliances the room included.
Hotel restroom would over fog and create a big water mess everywhere. Shower curtain wasn't the right fit for the shower and a big puddle of water would build up in a 10 min shower.
Not clean, clearly being renovated (old-no furniture). Loud people next door who complained of cockroaches. I would stay away from this place!
Clean room. Comfortable Bed. Mini fridge included.
Very large desk. Would have preferred a sofa instead.
