Overview

The Villa is part of the Sant’Andrea agricultural company that extends over 600 hectares in the Chianti Classico area and has as its center the ancient village of Fabbrica. Furnished with exposed oak beams, terracotta floors and Tuscan rustic furniture, a large hall suitable for meetings and receptions, up to 50 people and the characteristic still working fireplace, at the entrance, overlooking the lawn. In front of the main entrance of the villa there is a large outdoor area with pergola and loggia. Adjacent to the main entrance on the ground floor and accessible from the garden, laundry room with washing machine available. On the ground floor large living room with fireplace, kitchen, meeting room, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor accessible by a large stone staircase: large living room with adjoining dining room, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. On the second floor accessible by wooden staircase, large study which can be used as a bedroom with two single beds.
