Pros: We had a lovely stay at the hotel all the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room had great outlook onto the lake and the garden area beside the lake was also very pretty. The breakfast room was large and the food choices were quite varied.

Cons: Small but significant problem: electric outlets by bed used up by bedside lamps, no way to plug in something else there (e. g. my Apple Watch charger). One morning no bread at breakfast (plenty of sweet pastries, though!).

Pros: The breakfast was pretty good. The only positive thing to say. The shower had good power and hot water.
Cons: The heated pool was too cold to enjoy or use at all, which is a fun activity at Bariloche hotels. Their wifi was terrible in the rooms. Their blankets were too scarce and thin for such a cold place, and the heating in the room was barely felt, it was cold to stay and sleep in their rooms. My wife caught a cold, even though she slept with a sweater on top of her pijamas. Very cold rooms, without the possibility to increase the heater settings.

Cons: The breakfast was very poor and the coffee undrinkable. Beware if they put you in a room in block 4 - the only view you have is of the back of the building in front. No air conditioning and room window didn’t open. Such a shame there is no outdoor area to sit to enjoy the wonderful view

Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the front desk was great. My wife and I also really liked the close proximity to the center of town. Breakfast was delicious and so was the artisanal ice cream shop and cafe around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tirol in Bariloche and are already talking of the next time we can visit Patagonia.

The room was fairly large with a comfortable bed and bathroom. Everything in the hotel was very clean. Could do with a bit of updating in the rooms to tidy up some rough edges. Cons: It can get a bit warm in the rooms in summer (I stayed in a room with lakeside view). It cools down in the evening, so as long as you don't spend your day in the room you should be fine.

Cons: The food at the restaurant is terrible. Dinners with flavorless meat and vegetables, gazpacho soup that is nothing but flavorless water, and cold eggs and potatoes at breakfast! The restaurant is very below the standard of the rest of the hotel. Also the hotel does not have air conditioning and the summer is quite hot in Bariloche making it difficult to sleep.

Breakfast was excellent and is served until 10.30am. Also a bar area where proper coffee is served after 10.30am. Cons: It was noisy - cars dragging up and down until 3am on at least 3 of the 6 nights I stayed. The cleaning staff start on the floor at 8.30-9am and are very noisy. So if you have been up with the noise it is an early start. Need DO NOT DISTURB SIGNS. The hotel changes the bathroom linen everyday. Need to adopt an environmental program where towels only changed if left on floor.

Cons: Wi-Fi is painfully slow. It is slow in most of Bariloche but this was whole new level. Room was a bit dated. Could use more electrical outlets, especially near the bed. Breakfast was not great.

Cons: The fact that my first room had black dangerous mold in the shower, the bathroom walls and ceiling and throughout the airconditioning duct. It was really an unsafe situation. We had two people with severe headaches and this hotel should be shut down or renovated immediately. The health services company for the city has been advised and informed/cautioned.

Cons: This hotel could be so much better with little effort. Rooms far too hot, summer and the heating was on constant along with thick duvets in the bed! Breakfast was a big let down, very basic and probably the worse we had had in Argentina. They have lots of staff doing very little. They could easily offer a full dining experience as they have the room. Communal lounge area needs a bit of a tidy up.

Cons: Hotel has a rating higher than it's reality. In it's day it would have been very classy. Needs attention to detail. Lamps old and sad, water only in bar fridge, wall repairs not painted. Room photos on Internet are the higher priced rooms. Information on facilities and how hotel operates is not given by staff. Beautiful relaxation room with the wonderful view, unaware it was there. No guide in the room. Gym and pool not open until midday.

Cons: Not sure if it was the building heating or what, but my room got a little hot at night. Had to sleep with no covers on and didn't want to open the window as it was raining outside! Also, the building itself is starting to show its age. My bathroom also had no form of ventilation, so my whole room got really steamy when I came out of the shower.

My room did not look anything close, there was no desk but just a lonely chair, badly painted walls and the bed looked like a cheap hostel. Window got locked by a twisting screw and it just didn't feel cozy. Also you have to pay 10USD a day for uncovered parking which was a surprise.

Cons: The room without heather. We asked the staff to provide extra blank coat because we were cold they refused. Shower took about 20 min to become hot. Old furniture and nasty mathress bed. Windows are not sealed and allowed cold wind get in to the room. I definitely do not recommend this Hotel. Weather can change at any time and during the winter can be worst, STAY AWAY !!!!
